Rules & Stipulations

⚽ The Concept

Each participant drafts an 11-man squad of Premier League players in a 1-4-4-2 shape: 1 Goalkeeper + 4 Defenders + 4 Midfielders + 2 Forwards.

Only one player may be picked per club — max 1 from each of 11 different clubs.

🎯 Targets — a player is "complete" once they reach:

Goalkeeper	6 clean sheets
Defender	1 goal
Midfielder	4 goals
Forward	8 goals

Stats count from Gameweek 3 and are recorded using the Premier League's official Opta data. Goalkeepers must complete the full match without conceding to earn a clean sheet.

🏆 How to Win

The first participant to have all 11 of their players reach their individual target wins the prize pot. Check the Leaderboard tab any time — it sorts itself, highest progress first.

📢 TIEBREAK

If two or more participants complete all 11 targets in the same Gameweek, the winner is the participant with the most additional goals and clean sheets.

Example: Participant A has 3 additional goals and 2 additional clean sheets = 5. Participant B has 5 additional goals and 1 additional clean sheet = 6. Participant B wins. If the tiebreak totals are equal, First past the post wins. 🥅

📲 Setting Up Your Squad

Go to the My Squad tab and enter your name.
Tap each position on the pitch to pick a player from the dropdown list.
Clubs already used in your squad are greyed out automatically.
Come back any time — your picks are saved under your name.

🔄 Player Replacements

A drafted player may be replaced only if they are confirmed injured for the remainder of the season, or sold/loaned in the January transfer window. Replacements start on zero for this competition. Should a drafted player be transferred to another Premier League Club you must follow these rules:

#1: Keep drafted player at new club should you have no other player from same club.
#2: If the transfer results in occupying 2 players from the same club you must choose 1 player to remove and replace with a player from unused clubs.

Approving a replacement is entirely at the committee's discretion — ask them to update it for you.

Every submitted squad can be browsed on the Squads tab — full picks and live progress, view only.

FPL Sync updates the shared player list for every Club XI competition.

Baseline records the player's verified GW1 + GW2 tally and is then frozen when Club XI begins in GW3. Total is the current verified season tally from FPL fixture data. Net = Total − Baseline and is used for target completion.
Before GW3, Baseline and Total intentionally match. From GW3 onward, Baseline stays fixed at the GW2 figure.

FPL player IDs provide player identity. Goals are verified against the player's fixture result. Goalkeepers require 90 minutes and 0 goals conceded.

Historical correction is available per player when official statistics are amended after a Gameweek. Corrections are preserved through future automatic updates.
